Gov. Kay Ivey has signed into law a bill intended to make sure students who receive CHOOSE Act funds do not lose eligibility for high school sports.
“Whether in a classroom or on the field, The CHOOSE Act was designed to expand opportunities for Alabama students, not be twisted to take them away,” the governor said on X.
