Louisiana rejects debunked bite mark evidence and tosses old conviction, ‘yet Alabama won’t’

Louisiana’s top court just freed a man who was locked up for 30 years based on the now-debunked science of bite marks, but an Alabama man with a similar case is still sitting in prison and waiting for his day in court.
