A 35-year-old Birmingham man with outstanding warrants in three Alabama counties is back in jail after he allegedly stole a police cruiser while handcuffed.
Justin Robert Green, who in June was arrested by Homewood police on charges that he stole thousands of dollars worth of tools from a business in that city, was taken into custody overnight in Adamsville and remains jailed pending new charges.
