Man’s blood alcohol twice legal limit in Tesla crash that killed 2, prosecutors say

The blood alcohol concentration of a Trussville man charged in the summer traffic deaths of two people was more than twice the legal limit when his Tesla crashed into a tree in Mountain Brook, according to court testimony.

Miles Jordan Kemp, 26, is charged with two counts of reckless manslaughter and one count of first-degree assault.
