Man shot dead in Birmingham’s 2nd homicide in 16 hours

A man was killed in a hail of morning gunfire in Birmingham’s, the second deadly shooting in the city in 16 hours.

The shooting happened just after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of 47th Place North.
