Mississippi and Alabama want to restore island to create more shrimp, crab habitat

Mississippi and Alabama are collaborating on a project to restore an island in the north Mississippi Sound, in the hopes that restoring the island will create more habitat for brown shrimp, white shrimp, blue crab and other species.
