A Montgomery man was arrested and charged on Friday with receiving stolen property and having a controlled substance, according to law enforcement.
Jeremy Beamon, Sr. was arrested at 8:30 a.m. Friday after the Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) executed a warrant at 8753 Lindsay Lane in Montgomery, according to Kelly Betts, ADOC’s public information manager.
