Mother charged when 6th grader son shot as she fought another woman

The mother of an Alabama sixth grader who was shot during a fight between his mom and another woman has been charged criminally.

Ambrielle Shapaula Orcholski is charged with first-degree assault and first-degree burglary, Fultondale Police Chief Marcel Walker announced Wednesday.
