Motorcyclist killed in Birmingham wreck identified as 22-year-old

Authorities have released the name of a motorcyclist killed in a weekend wreck in Birmingham.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Carlos Antonio De la Cruz-Hernandez. He was 22 and lived in Birmingham.
