The NCAA FBS Oversight Committee is proposing another alteration to the transfer portal window and potentially the elimination of spring football practice as we know it.
Under the new policy, which will be formally voted on in August, the single FBS transfer portal window would run for 10 days beginning on the first business day following Jan. 1. The current portal window runs for 15 days from Jan. 2-16.
