Democrats have maintained a slight advantage in voter preference for congressional control while President Donald Trump faces declining approval ratings, according to a national NBC News poll released Sunday.
The survey found 49 percent of registered voters prefer Democrats to control Congress after the midterm elections, compared to 44 percent who favor Republican control.
