Nike Air Max 95s still listed by resellers despite 7-Eleven trademark lawsuit

While 7-Eleven is asking a Texas district court to stop Nike from releasing a new sneaker that the convenience chain claims is infringing on trademark laws, the shoes are still listed on the secondary market.
