Observations from Austin Mack’s performance in Alabama’s A-Day scrimmage

Saturday’s A-Day scrimmage was perhaps not the one that Austin Mack would have envisioned. Alabama football’s more experienced quarterback option was the first signal-caller on the field, but throughout the practice, which featured 10 full offensive drives and six that began in the red zone, Keelon Russell outshined Mack.
