An ousted GOP congressman said that Jesus Christ couldn’t have held his seat in the face of the blue Democratic wave that swept over the country on Tuesday.
“Jesus Christ could have run and would have lost.” Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) told CNN, according to reporter Manu Raju.
