A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Saturday at 8:48 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 9:15 p.m. for Calhoun, Cleburne, Talladega and Clay counties.
The storms could bring wind gusts of up to 40 mph and pea-sized hail (0.25 inches).
