The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a pedestrian Saturday night.
Raymond Theriault, 55, of Birmingham, was critically injured around 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 5 when he was struck by a 2017 Kia Sorento driven by Jerome Rhodes Jr., 62, of Birmingham, according to a news release.
