Whereas the Los Angeles Rams seem content to keep Davantae Adams on their team, there were reports that L.A. did consider trading the star receiver this past offseason, and the Rams didn’t say those reports were a lie, so despite the Rams saying they want to keep Adams, expect trade rumors to linger.
If for some reasons the Rams find themselves out of the playoff hunt early, but Adams is still healthy, expect trade rumors to run wild.
So, though the Rams may be saying they intend to keep Adams, expect trade rumors and expect a very real possibility that the Rams change their plans, but for now, Adams not being with the Rams in 2026 is speculation (with some real gravity behind that speculation).
Oh and be careful on the internet today, it’s April 1st and there are people out there that want to make fools of us all!
Please comment on whatever you want and thanks for checking out Turf Show Times! Happy April Fool’s Day!
Davante Adams Lands With Another MVP Quarterback In This NFL Mock Trade From The Rams (si.com)
“After a great season with the Rams, it’s hard to imagine that this trade would increase his fantasy value. He caught 14 touchdowns last season, but we don’t expect that to happen in Baltimore.
However, he also caught just 60 passes for 789 yards, which were both his lowest totals since 2015. He could see a boost in volume as the potential WR1 for Lamar Jackson or, at least, a much closer WR2 to Zay Flowers than he was to Puka Nacua.“
Rams GM confirms LA tried to trade for A.J. Brown: ‘Didn’t work out’ (ramswire)
“There were several reports about their inquiries about Brown, even being one of two teams that were “making strong pushes” for him on the trade market.
During the owners meetings on Monday, Rams general manager Les Snead confirmed the Rams tried to trade for Brown, but it “didn’t work out.”
“We chatted with Philly, nothing worked out,” Snead said on PFT Live. “There were talks, we had discussions, didn’t work out. That happens.”“
NFL insider says to ‘keep an eye on’ Rams and this 2026 QB prospect (ramswire)
“It’s hard to glean how much the Rams are actually interested in Simpson, but Rams head coach Sean McVay has said he likes a lot of players at that pick. Even still, NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah noted that he’s still going to “keep an eye on” L.A. as a potential landing spot for the Alabama quarterback.
“Arizona is the team that makes the most sense for Ty Simpson,” Jeremiah wrote on X. “The question is when would they pull the trigger? The Rams are the other team I’d keep an eye on.”
