On Saturday at 9:45 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a red flag warning valid for Sunday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Morgan, Marshall, Jackson, DeKalb, Winston and Cullman counties.
Expect winds to be south 5 to 10 mph, gusts 20-25 mph and relative humidity as low as 25%.
