A political action committee called Alabama Families for IVF received all its money to pay for television ads in the attorney general race from a brand new entity incorporated in Virginia, records show.
The television ads are critical of former Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell, who wrote the main opinion in the Alabama Supreme Court case that led to a temporary pause of in-vitro fertilization services in the state two years ago.
