Residents of Alabama town urged to stay inside after black bear sighting

Hartford police have warned residents near Sixth Avenue and Lily Street to stay inside their homes after a black bear was spotted in the area.

In a Facebook post Thursday afternoon, officers said they were still tracking the bear.
