Riverwalk Plaza unveils new look as Mobile waterfront project moves forward

It’s been nearly two years since the Mobile City Council agreed to sell waterfront property next to the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center for a proposed mixed-use high-rise hotel and condominium development.
