SEC sues LSU, Lane Kiffin in federal court over former NFL players

The SEC is officially suing one of its own members. The conference filed a lawsuit in federal court on Thursday, in an attempt to stop LSU from rostering players who had previously left for the NFL, ahead of Saturday’s Week 1 action.
