Second Alabama man arrested in ‘methodically planned’ California murder-for-hire, FBI says

A second Jefferson County man has been arrested in connection with a “methodically planned” murder-for-hire in California.

The FBI in Birmingham on Monday announced the arrest of Kenneth Ray Maxwell, 39, of Midfield.
