Amtrak is working with local law enforcement to investigate a crash that left several crew members injured Sunday morning.
On April 26, Amtrak train No. 23, known as the Mardi Gras, was traveling from Mobile to New Orleans around 7:20 a.m. when a semi-trailer with an auto rack came into contact with the train on CSX tracks south of Mobile, according to a news release obtained by WALA.
