The Montgomery County Health Department on Tuesday confirmed that Wintzell’s Oyster House will remain closed until the restaurant is able to eliminate its ongoing rodent activity.
Health officials shuttered the downtown seafood restaurant on June 15 after an inspection yielded a score of 65 and revealed a rodent infestation along with inadequate refrigeration, according to a report from the county health department.
