South Alabama basketball has signed NAIA guard Jalen Langsy, the school announced Wednesday.
The 6-foot-1 Langsy averaged 27.3 points per game at Northwestern (Iowa) University this past season, earning first-team NAIA All-America honors. The Minnesota native made 152 3-pointers at a 51% clip, shot 90% from the free-throw line and had games of 49, 48, 41 and 41 points for a team that went 28-6 and reached the Round of 16 in the NAIA tournament.
