South Alabama basketball landed its sixth commitment of the transfer portal cycle on Friday, from NAIA forward Davaughn Hueitt.
The 6-foot-9 Hueitt averaged 16.8 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game as a freshman this past season at Hannibal-Lagrange University in Missouri. The California native — who has three years of eligibility remaining — shot 47.5% from the field and 78.9% from the free-throw line.
