Los Angeles is getting another late-summer celebration for hip-hop fans.

On August 29, TED FEST returns to downtown Los Angeles with a lineup that brings together veteran lyricists, regional favorites and independent hip-hop culture. Presented by Teds Budz, this year’s festival will feature Cornfed Ted, Styles P, Devin the Dude, B-Legit, and Smoke DZA with 4th Rope.

It is a lineup built around artists with distinct sounds and loyal fan bases.

Styles P, best known as a member of The LOX, brings the gritty New York lyricism that has defined much of his career. His catalog and reputation as a sharp lyricist make him a natural fit for a festival centered on hip-hop fundamentals.

Houston veteran Devin the Dude brings a completely different energy. Known for his laid-back delivery, humor and conversational storytelling, Devin has maintained a devoted following for decades while carving out a lane that remains uniquely his own.

The West Coast is represented by B-Legit, whose career is closely tied to the legacy of Bay Area rap. His presence gives TED FEST another strong connection to the regional sounds that have helped shape hip-hop across generations.

Smoke DZA, performing with 4th Rope, adds another layer to the lineup. The Harlem rapper has long operated at the intersection of independent music, streetwear and lifestyle culture, making him a fitting addition to an event that extends beyond a traditional concert experience.

At the center of it all is Cornfed Ted, helping connect the festival back to the Teds Budz community and the culture that inspired the event.

What makes TED FEST stand out is its mix of eras and regions. Rather than building the day around one specific sound, the festival brings together New York, Houston, the Bay Area and Los Angeles influences in one setting.

That makes the event especially appealing for fans who value hip-hop history while still supporting artists who continue to push independent culture forward.

Teds Budz describes itself as a Los Angeles-driven culture brand connecting artists, community and live experiences. TED FEST reflects that approach, positioning the gathering as more than a series of performances. Music, lifestyle and community all play a role in creating an environment designed for fans who want to experience the culture up close.

With summer winding down, TED FEST gives Los Angeles another reason to come together around hip-hop.
