A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Tuesday at 4:51 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 5:15 p.m. for Montgomery, Bullock and Pike counties.
The storms are predicted to bring wind gusts of up to 40 mph and pea-sized hail (0.25 inches).
