‘Top Gun: Maverick’ actor stabbed to death by girlfriend’s son at 81, police say

James Handy, a longtime actor who appeared as the bartender in “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Jumanji” and had guest roles on dozen of TV shows, was killed Wednesday in a stabbing in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles.

He was 81.
