Troy has battled all the way back through the loser’s bracket to reach the Gainesville (Fla.) Regional final.
The Trojans rallied from four runs down to beat Miami 8-6 in an elimination game Sunday at Condron Family Ballpark. Third-seeded Troy (33-30) will face Florida (41-19) later Sunday, needing to beat the top-seeded Gators twice — including once on Monday — to reach an NCAA Super Regional for the first time in program history.
