Troy basketball has added French guard Romain Valakou to its 2026-27 roster, the school announced Wednesday.
The 6-foot-4 Valakou averaged 20.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game this past season for BCM Gravelines Dunkerque U21 of the Espoirs ELITE League. The native of Bordeaux, France, will be classified as a freshman with four years of eligibility remaining.
