Republican candidates Ben Fuller and Jarrod “Jay” Welborn are facing off for Shelby County district judge, Place 3, in today’s primary runoff election.
In the primary, Welborn received 7,733 votes, 33.6%, and Fuller received 6,831, 29.81%, beating out candidates Kendall Lee Cash and Mark Wilson, according to official election results.
