Ty Simpson says ‘secret meeting’ preceded his surprise pick in NFL Draft

After being chosen by Los Angeles with the 13^th pick in the NFL Draft on Thursday night, Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson said he had not spoken to Rams coach Sean McVay before he got the draft call.
