Update: Damaging winds and quarter-sized hail forecast with thunderstorms in Choctaw and Washington counties Wednesday

On Wednesday at 4:29 p.m. the National Weather Service released an updated severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 5:30 p.m. for Choctaw and Washington counties.

The storms may bring wind gusts of up to 60 mph and quarter-sized hail (1 inch).
