Gov. Kay Ivey announced Wednesday she has signed several healthcare bills, including one to update payments from health insurance plans to ambulance services to help those services stay in business and expand.

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey on Wednesday signed a bill that will ban vaping in public places under the same law that bans smoking.
