A two-county chase on Easter Sunday with two children in the car started with an alleged theft of a calculator at a Shelby County Walmart.
Brian Keon Davis, 23, has been formally charged following the weekend incident that also included two young children being abandoned at Walmart in Calera as Davis and a woman fled the scene.
