KYIV, Ukraine — Russia launched a massive overnight barrage of missiles and drones against Ukraine early Monday, killing at least 22 people and injuring dozens more in and around Kyiv, according to Ukrainian officials. The attack was among the largest aerial assaults of the war and came as Moscow said it was retaliating for recent Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russian territory.
