A Georgia resident has filed a class-action lawsuit against Alabama Power’s parent company over a data breach related to a cyberattack earlier this month.
WSB in Atlanta is reporting the suit seeks punitive, compensatory, statutory and other damages from Southern Company, as well as court costs and attorneys’ fees.
