The attorney for a 21-year-old man accused of throwing kittens from a moving vehicle on Interstate 65 in Homewood said the charge against his client is just an allegation and he is presumed innocent.
Thomas Ronald Liccione, 21, is charged with aggravated animal cruelty. He was booked into the Jefferson County Jail at 5 p.m. Sunday and released a short time later after posting $15,000 bond.
